Our policies

Set out below are our core policies for your information and clarity.

Every organisation that works with children needs to have a safeguarding and child protection policy statement, which sets your commitment to protecting children from harm.

Our objective is to provide a safe and healthy work environment for all our children, employees, parents, students and visitors.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that when an accident occurs at TreeHouse, appropriate action is taken, and accurate information is recorded and communicated.

It is the responsibility of every member of staff to ensure that accidents and injuries are dealt with appropriately and swiftly.

Children may require medication to be administered at their early learning and childcare setting. Medication may be administered short term to treat a specific condition, long term, or in an emergency.

In the event that a child is not collected by an authorised adult at the end of a session/day, we put into practice agreed procedures. These ensure the child is cared for safely by an experienced and qualified practitioner who is known to the child.

If you’re an employee at the organisation you have concerns about, and your employer has a whistleblowing policy, refer to this policy.

Our priorities are the care and education of children. We strive to provide a first class service. If you are unhappy with the service provided to you, details of our complaints procedure is attached.

Having a clear behaviour policy is crucial in any educational setting as it establishes a framework for expected conduct and promotes a positive learning environment. Positive behaviour management contributes to the overall ethos, enhancing student wellbeing.

This policy serves as a framework for ethical decision-making, helping to minimise conflicts and misunderstandings among employees. We ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and contributes to a positive and inclusive workplace environment, ultimately driving productivity and engagement.

We ensure that personal data is handled with the utmost care and compliance. The GDPR sets stringent requirements for data processing, necessitating organisations to implement clear guidelines on how personal information is collected, stored, and used.

Having an e-safety policy is crucial in today’s digital landscape as it provides a clear framework for protecting individuals, particularly children, from online risks and threats.

This is crucial in ensuring that the dignity, privacy, and needs of individuals are respected and met effectively. Such a policy sets clear guidelines and standards for caregivers, ensuring that intimate care is delivered sensitively and safely.
