WHAT WE DO

We run high quality holiday childcare throughout the state and independent school breaks.
At our clubs, children spend maximum time outside, exploring the world around them and engaging with nature.
We encourage them to build and climb, be active and curious, to explore and care for their environment and improve their resilience.
Our aim is to bring back 'old-fashioned' play and fun; from making petal potions and rolling down hills to cardboard box imagination and making bases in the woods.
We include arts and crafts and sports for well-rounded and varied provision plus opportunities to learn bushcraft skills such as flint and steel and whittling.
Spaces are limited to ensure high adult-child ratios and allow all children to thrive.

Using curriculum topics to theme our days, we deliver learning through exploration and immersion in the topic.
For example:
We're Going on A Bear Hunt!
as a springboard for Science and English in Early Years
The Hike
Featuring a sensory walk and mini book creation - inspiring writers in Key Stage 1!
These can be whole days or half day workshops, based at Wendover Woods.
We are always happy to discuss topic and theme ideas to create a bespoke package for your group. Click on the button below.

Our successful after school clubs have been developed and run by experienced, qualified teachers who specialise in and love the outdoors!
We blend free play and learning in a child-led, 'forest school' approach and include activities and skills such as:
- learning to light a fire with flint and steel
- woodwork and woodcrafting skills
- eco friendly nature crafts
- storytelling in the woods
- cooking on the campfire

Unlocking Creativity and Exploration for Children
At TreeHouse, we believe that children should have the freedom to explore, learn, and be creative in the great outdoors. Our programmes encourage children to step outside their comfort zone, experience the wonders of nature, and engage in hands-on learning that sparks their curiosity. From outdoor adventures to art and craft activities, drama and storytelling sessions and bushcraft skills, we provide a holistic approach to play and learning. Join us in empowering children to embrace the beauty of the world around them and nurture a lifelong love for learning and exploration.
